$50 per night for 5 Weeks Challenge?

Am visiting Bali again this time for 5 weeks in December/Jan. Previously have stayed at mainstream places at Legian and Nusa Dua. Last visit stayed at Bloody Ron's and will do again. This trip will be just my wife and I travelling as the kids will be doing their own thing. After staying at Sanur Beach Villas last time realised there is much more available at a reasonable price with good vibe. Looking for suggestions around Seminyak/Legian, Ubud. Lovinia and Gilli's.
