You could try Susies she is in the street that runs down the side of the back entrance of Matahari. Last year I had a couple of things altered and it cost 20.000 to 45.000 and my sister inlaw had quite a few dresses made they were 80.000. Hope this helps you out. Don't be put off because the place is quite small.
