it was on Jalan Legian, near-ish to the Jalan Melasti intersection on the west side of the road. It's a tiny narrow shop next to a men's poloshirt shop (doesn't narrow it down much, I know).
Having said that, I've seen other dresses in the same style of material in lots of other shops so I don't think you'd have too much trouble hunting something similar down.
