Taxis....we visited friends in Sanur and Seminyak where there are fewer Bluebirds than Kuta, many non bluebirds will not put their meter on and ask for 2 to 3 times the metered fare, one guy wanted 30k for a 1 km trip and if they put the meter on they will try to take you on an indirect trip
