Hi Kex,
Just returned from Sanur today and my husband had a pair of reading glasses made at the optitian in Hardy's. They are fixed price for the lenses (500,000 basic) and although my rather un-fashion conscious husband chose the cheapest, (or as he calls them practical and durable) frames ,I think there is a little movement with the more expensive ones. They will do an eye test if you haven't got a script and this is included. The total price for us was 630,000.It took only one day. They weren't very busy and I would think they could manage your more complex needs in a week if you go early.
Enjoy your time in Sanur. If you only have a week then visiting optitians is way down on your list of priorities. See these guys I am sure you will be happy and it wont take up too much precious time. They are more than helpful.
Have a great holiday!
