are no rules in Bali. No right of way, no giving way to on coming traffic. If Indonesians want to go somewhere & you are approaching they WILL go there from a side lane, on the wrong side of the road, the wrong way up a one way street. ANYWHERE. They are the most selfish, impatient drivers you will ever see.
