We dint fly Garuda so not sure about what they give you.
Their is a Baby rental place in Kuta called Bali Baby Care and they have a lot of the things that you may forget or the hotel stuff is not so good as they say.
They will drive you round the kids shopping shops to with properly fited baby seats in there cars. This is interesting because its tourist places but local ones to and they have some good things there.

Dont stress about going with little ones because its really easy these days.
