Bali Jet Set watersports

I have a friend who is going to Bali in August with his 16 y.o. daughter.

He is looking for some 'fun' activities for them and has found the website of Bali Jet Set watersports at Nusa Dua.

Any forumites out there who have "been there, done that" who can give us some idea whether it's as good as it looks?
