Now I know I am goig to get flamed for this, but just let me point out first, Both Hubby and I do ride in Bali, but not only are we licenced here in Australia to ride we also have international driving permits.
What I don't get is WTF is a 16 y/o doing riding a motorcycle, I understand that you can get an R-N licence here in Oz at 16 but it doesn't sound like these kids have one let alone an international permit.
What do I tell my 16 y/o you ask, quite simple, they are breaking the law, they wouldn't do it in Australia so why be so disrepectful of Bali laws and let them do it there?
