The problem isn't the kids.
It's the parents.
After all, it's your home you'll be either mortgaging or loosing if he's unlucky enough to have a serious accident.
I would strongly suggest you do a search on here as to just how many tens of thousand of dollars an accident can cost.
If you don't value your child's life or your financial security that much than it's your call. Just be aware what risks you are allowing him to take.
