There's more to it than that, and for anyone who cannot recognise that it's pointless trying to explain it.
I have been on the rigs, been on the boats, been on the mines, been on the platforms and mixed with the people who are making their "fortune"......6 on and 4 off or whatever, broken families but nice cars.
As a specialist I am lucky, two days and I'm out of there.......and you can have it.
And make no mistake......some people are making VERY good money out of Bali and a lot more than they ever made where they came from.
50/50 is a very nice arrangement for mine, as one pines for normallity when in Bali and then pines for abnormality when not.
It's the tyrany of travel.
