8 months ago, was charged no less than 13000rp and no more than 18000rp in the southern kuta beach area. Gave them the 20000rp each time and let them keep the change. Its a pretty competitive little market they are in. Just remember, you are only talking a 50cent price difference for a ice cold beer, with a deckchair, with a beautiful view.
