flown my last 7 flights to Bali with them, all been with 10 minutes of proposed time.
Only Air Asia delay i've had was a Perth - KL was 30 minutes, and it was due to the plane being full and time for everyone to board.
If you want to make the flight a bit more comfortable do pay the little extra upgrade your seat and preorder a meal.
