I was only referring to some stray dogs that have started hanging around the Batu Bata Restaurant at the Besakih Hotel and the adjacent beachfront area.
They are mostly looking for a feed. Some have collars - some don't. Staff rarely shooed them away. The security staff did if they became agressive towards each other.
Agree with permisi - ignore them, avoid them and don't let the children pat them.
It is easy to tell that Betsy the Besakih Hotel dog is not impressed with the situation.
