I'm not sure what country you are from but I'm a midwife here in NZ and we do the nuchal scan between 11 weeks and 13 weeks & 6 day. The timing is very important as too early or too late and it can't be done. Also the skills of the operator is very important in getting an accurate result (something to consider if having it done in Bali). The other thing to bear in mind is that doing it later (eg 13 wks 4 days) does limit your choices for follow-up diagnostics if you do get a high risk result (eg may be too late for a CVS and may need a more risky amnio).
