You should be right until you arrive home. It would only be necessary to have scans done right on 12 weeks if she has had trouble with pregnancies in the past..... just check with your Dr first. Don't cancel your trip, she'll just have to be careful about what she does. And I don't know where you could get scans done over in Bali.
