I believe she's referring to the restaurant at the front of the Rama Garden Hotel on Jl Padma. According to the hotel website it's called Bubu Restaurant and Sports Bar.
I'll be staying at this hotel for a month in August, so I'm sure I'll be having at least a few meals at the restaurant - and watching some football too, is the plan (NRL, not GayFL).
I haven't eaten there before, but it's always looked quite busy of an evening when I've walked past on previous trips.
