I would stay at St Regis in one of their private pool villas first. Reason is that they are just beautiful, and i would have a butler on site 24 hours.
Next choice would be Banyan Tree for the huge villas, infinity pool and fantastic views.
i may move up to the W Retreat and Spa in Seminyak for the great F&B outlets and spa - which is to die for.
and after all that food, i would need to detox, so i would end up at Como Shambhala in Ubud to wind up the trip.
