Hardly any queues at all. Dont forget you have to purchase your visa at a separate area before going through immigration. Also you can go behind the wooden wall that has all the posters on it - there are immigration officers there but nobody ever walks behind the wall LOL. We got through first when we went in February.
Its really weird, in all the times (about 30 +) I have been to Bali we have never been held up for a long time.
Just lucky I guess.
