Greenfields - Bale Semampai room info

I am new to this forum, though have been reading for some time.

We are 2 ladies requiring our own air-conditioned room/bathroom in Ubud for 2 nights.

The recommended Tegal Sari is booked but Greenfields have Bale Semampai rooms available. Any advice as to your recommendations of these rooms? Could I request 2 rooms side by side? Are they all upstairs with good views?

Alternatively, can anyone suggest other accommodation (2 bedroom apmt/villa or 2 hotel rooms side by side) - preferably up to $100 per person.
