we have stayed at the Dynasty quite a lot over the last 6 or so years and have seen lots of family groups with ages ranging from grandparents down to babies. So long as you were allocated a room on the side of the hotel which has the lift the stairs prob wouldn't be an issue. Since the renovation, most of the rooms no longer have a bath, just a rain shower.....so if you enjoyed the Dynasty before it could be worth considering.
