Quite close to the vile Gaia restaurant. The usual flowery sandals plus more - the owner/craftsman is happy to discuss your needs but he mainly does big orders for Euros. He has a huge range in the shop so maybe your daughter could find something she likes.
Otherwise, I don't think she'd find many places in Ubud. Might be worth a trip to the coast at the beginning to order something (plenty of info in the archives) then collect later in the trip.
