We didn't stay in room 107 but did stay in room 104 which is in a similar block beside this block and presume the rooms have a similar layout - if so yes it was a shower with an open floor (no bath at all). The good news is that in our room the floor had a good slope so the water ran towards the drain not all over the rest of the floor like I've come across before! They also supplied a couple of bath mats which were good for standing on when drying off :-)
