Bali Safari Park & Waterbom Park. Both full day or half day activities as long as you take your own driver to the safari park you can leave whenever your ready. Waterbom Park is only a taxi ride away (you could walk it but not with little ones). A walk across the road to the beach will be easy.
Dont organise to many trips as sitting in a car for long periods will send the kids stir crazy I expect.
Chillin by the pool at Hardrock they will love & will prob spend most of your time there.
