just asked my kids and they called it the Climate Change ceremony, had to laugh. Will get back to you, may be only an Indigenousness ceremony, remember, many Balinese come from different parts of Indonesia originally, so they have different ceremonies. Gianyar for example has the most extreme difference to the rest of the Island with their Funerals. Last year the elder kids had the day off school for it and I remember telling them they did a bad job of it when it rained the next day. I presumed it was all over Bali as they left the area for it.
