my brother fell down one of these drains, he kicked his toe that become very red after a few days.so they retured home went to the doctor was put on antibiotics ,after a cuople of weeks he became really sick rused him to hospial were he ened up on life support he got blood poisoning ended up in hospital for 6 weeks and of work for 6 months.
