Have you been trying a lot of other combinations? Can stuff things up. Try FLASH OFF, then FLASH On, then FLASH REG 50K, or even try another one such as UL (unlimited).
FLASH OFF, then UL REG 50K, this will give the UL package of 200MB for 14 days. If you still dont get any then send UL ON 50K, make sure you turn FLASH OFF first before trying to register for UL.
