are one of the better travel agents to use. i did that very trip with them as part of my work, and thoroughly enjoyed it.
from Bali, you have to travel to Jakarta, Semarang (i think - but maybe its Surabaya? - cant remember sorry), and then to Pangkalan Bun. from there, you travel by 'Klotok' which is a local wooden boat, up the river. i saw an orangutan building her nest within an hour of departing.
the boat is very rustic, and you can sleep on the boat tethered to a tree by the river. i woke up in the morning surrounded by proboscis monkeys which was simply wonderful.
at camp leakey you will see many orangutans up by the main house and often on the walkway.
all in all, its a wonderful experience, and Adventure Indonesia are a very good company to go with.
