Many places that have private bungalows/villas are complexes rather than hotels & often do not have amenities like a restaurant
Some have a private entrance (doors) to the bungalow & a small garden, others do not
eg Puri Damai (not as private) Villa Pisang Mas, Pondok Sara, Kumpul Kumpul 1, 2 & 3
There are probably quite a few in those 3 areas
Not sure what is reasonably priced for you or how many bedrooms you want but perhaps look at those above & the following:
