Dinner cruise

Hi,
Can anyone tell us what you actually get on the dinner cruises?
On the website they simply state "international buffet"

reading the archives we have worked out it is better to book over there but then one JBR said she had trouble booking thorough a 3rd party. Would love to hear people's experiences.
