We have used the service quite a few times ourselves and also other members of our family have too. They get you through so quickly, your passport is only out of your sight momentarily, and returned to you safely.At two villas we have stayed at previously, the staff took our passports to lodge the details with the local police, and didn't return them for over half an hour. So in comparison, it is very quick, safe and nothing to worry about.
