I've only stayed there for one week in the past, (back in a few weeks!), but you shouldn't have any problems.

From what I saw and experienced, the tourist section of Tanjung Benoa is just one street running straight up the spit. Hotels are on the right as you head north, and the left hand side is peppered with restaurants, the occassional Circle K, or spa's and the like.

If you head further north, the water sports area (jet ski hire etc.) is next door.

It is not a big shopping area, shops are not one on top of the other, and there isn't a huge range. But you can find everything you need, as long as your happy to walk for a bit. On that note, there are restaurants on the street right next to the Novotel, and you can always try the restaurants in the other hotels if you don't mind the price.

There is also a free shuttle bus to the Nusa Dua shopping centre, which has a good range of restaurants, and if you still don't find what you want, there are taxi's driving past all the time, so grab a cab and go to one of the many many restaurants that have been recommended in the area. Either check the archives, or Trip Advisor for ideas!

As for spa's the hotel spa is divine, but a bit pricey, indulgence only! There are a few spa's along the street, but I'm not sure which is considered best, you might have to walk a distance to find one you like. Maybe check the archives?

You'll love the Novotel Benoa, its a great hotel. Can't wait to get back there!
