VOA in US or INDO

Just wondering if this is correct - read u cannoay VOA in INDO or US? Coming from Aus so I didn't know which was the best one to pay with. We went last year and paid with US but didn't know there was any other way. Con someone please tell me thoughts on what to pay with. There will be 4 of us.
