Wheelchairs.

Am asking for someone recovering from a broken bone. IF they need a wheel chair, is there anywhere we can hire one in Bali, or are they better bringing in a fold up one with them?
What about airport arrivals?How long in advance do you need to book a wheelchair for?
Any advice and experience would be muchly appreciated, and I'll pass it on.
