I have used bali stones for many years and have found there to be no problem. Yes there is a packing fee. However I have never had anything broken damaged for lost. Some of my stuff has sat a Bali Stones for weeks waiting for other products to be ready and all has arrived. All statues are stone and not cement that others are offering. Felicia has always stood by her products and is pro active in the service she provides. I guess you get what you pay for.
