thats not unlikely after huge swells and strong winds and storms one year in bali trees actually came ashore with dead animals and lots more stuff so it can be possible there are plenty islands off bali so tides can bring a lot of unwanted rubbish ashore.But bali and its tourists need to take some responsibilty too seen some really grotty tourists in my time in bali with no respect for enviroment!
