They actually are pretty good on collecting the plastics though, because there is a dollar in it.
Guys collect all pvc items in hand carts, on push bikes etc and take it to recycling places.
I have to smile at "environmentally sensitive" people who dont want a micron of glad wrap on their luggage before it goes on the gas guzzling, fume ejecting, ozone layer destroying jet that they are happily boarding??
I generally give the plastiks guys any change I have as I think they do a good job.
Each to their own I suppose.
