respect your opinion. I have had countless massages in Bali at many upmarket and middle range spas. Most have been great however 2 places stand out as providing the best massages for me at the time. I was in all sorts of pain and I regularly have remedial massages in Melbourne so I decided to try Jari Menari as they were recommended by someone on the forum. The treatment I received was fantastic and really helped with my issues. The other and in my opinion the best massage I have ever had in Bali was at Nur Salon in Ubud by 'Young Made' certainly not for the faint hearted or in way relaxing but again he really helped iron out a few kinks!!
All I'm going to say is don't knock them til you've tried them, cheers :-)
