Just ask any Balinese. Probably most things written pertain to Indonesia, but as far as I can remember its always rained like this in April and the ceremony has always been last day of April and last year I was talking to an elder and we were looking at a storm approaching on 1 May and I said there was rain coming and he said, No, we had the big ceremony all over Bali yesterday to end the rain.
2 hours later it bucketed down and I wondered what he was thinking.
