My parcels looked unopened and packed exactly as Ketut had packed. I think they open if they sespect something organic or large quantities of something for resale. I had to list the contents and I feel the parcel was left unopened.
Perhaps I am incorrect but if they wanted to search they did a great job of repacking it all
