stopped staying there ages ago when our friends were with us and the balinese spouse was refused entry into the hotel to meet us all at our rooms. Was also refused to ring the room from reception so consequently waited ages at reception until we went looking!! Complained to management about the appalling treatment and it all fell on deaf ears!! Since then have had the coconut telephone working overtime to refer people elsewhere!!
