Like other posters we did all our bookings in Perth by Emails and also went to the shop in Kuta to get one of their power board converters for cameras and phones.They rang us up in Perth to confirm all details of what we wanted before we left and with the Emails it makes sure we get all we want without confusion.
As you say its a matter of personal choice but Perth based and Perth serviced with Bali shop makes it more safe for me.
