Is your baby breast fed? If so they will be protected from tummy bugs better than any other time in their life :)it will also be very easy to travel with baby that age, well I thought it was.
Also watch out for everyone in your baby's face, kissing, touching etc... my 4 month old got conjunctivitis in Bali.... not fun :(
My Dr told me under 6 months cant use insect repellant, so don't forget muslin wraps for night time in the pram
