at imigration yesterday. Having beet to imigrassi 3 times already, yesterday was pick-up passport day. Handed over my receipt & told to sit & wait. after 30 mins called up & told to go have photo & finger prints taken. I told him it was only 1st renewal & that wasn't required.Was told all renewals now. Went through the process & back to the window. Told to wait. After 20 mins called up again & handed passport. Checked the visa & the date looked like 1st of June whereas it should have read 4th May. The date stamp was a bit smudged. Asked them about it. Wait please!!!! 20 mins later passport returned> Previous date scratched out & new date 4th May. No explanation or apology of course.
