I have just finished doing a heap of research for an upcoming family trip. I found some great advice from this forum, also Flo's tips for travelling with kids (gleaned from this forum). As mentioned by others a few websites I found just by "googling - travel tips with kids in bali" were helpful as was the Bali4Kids website.
I have compiled all the advice and info into a few weekly updates for my sister: "Travelling with kids", "Baby Equipment hire", "Baby sitting services", and "Are We there yet" - getting prepared/on the plane/occupying kids ideas.
