Which Padma? If you mean the Padma Hotel on the oceanside on Padma St opposite the Mandira? then there is a good changer, T-junction of Padma & Padma Utara, which runs at the back of the Padma Hotel. It was a kodak but is now ( or was lastt july) a Circle K, directly opposite Posers restaurant - which in on the T-junction. Hope this is ok?
