Before you leave Australia you fill in the green/white outgoing passenger card & submit to Immigration on departure.
On the plane to Bali you are usually given black/white Indonesian Arrival & Departure Card
You hand this to Immigration & they take one half & you keep the other for departing Bali
On the plane you are also given a Indonesian Customs Declaration Form
to fill in.
If you are staying longer than 30 days, often people arrange a 60day visa before they go at their Indonesian Consulate.
Most just arrive & pay the 25USD for Visa On Arrival
Departing Bali you produce the departure section of the card you were given on arrival
On the plane you will be given an Incoming Passenger Card to fill in for Australian Immigration/Customs
