3 of us went with a Balineese friend to the local test centre, paid our300000r no receipt. Had photo and thum print done and licence issued. had been out all morning practicing but no test required. Apparently if you pay the higher amount no test was required.
30000 sounded a bit until we were pulled over a few times and it quickly paid for it's self :-) . Oh and you are now covered by your insurance too.
