It's good to see people reminded of the reality of countries other than our own. I have been a long time traveller to Bali along with so many others on this forum and have many aquaintences/friends in Bali as everyone seems to. I am under no illusion though that I am a walking wallet to many.
It's great to have local friends etc but don't be blind to the fact that there are many who want we we have. A lot of the locals are very jealous and this is seen all too often.
I thinks it's the old story of enjoy but be aware
