They're 11 and are pretty good drawers - they love doing those anime/manga drawings with pencils. It's ok, I'll risk a cheap one in their bags and the good one in the suitcases and we'll sharpen up the pencils b4 we go. Unfortunately, crayons don't cut it at 11 anymore :) Thx for the tips guys.
